Request deletion of your LogeFacile account

This page lets LogeFacile app users request deletion of their account and associated data, even if they no longer have access to the app.

Option 1: from the app

Open LogeFacile, sign in, then go to Settings. Tenants, agents, and other roles can choose Request account deletion. Landlords and agency administrators can choose Cancel service, which starts the account, lease, and agency closure process when applicable.

Option 2: without app access

Email support@logefacile.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Use the email address associated with your LogeFacile account and include, when possible, your name, phone number, and role in the app.

Verification and processing

To protect your account, our team may verify that the request comes from the account holder or from someone authorized to act for an agency or landlord. We confirm receipt of the request, explain any steps that must be completed, and process requests within a reasonable period.

Data deleted

When the request is approved, LogeFacile deletes or anonymizes data associated with the account, including profile information, preferences, notification tokens, session data, and content that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet our obligations.

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or lease, payment, invoice, and receipt obligations. Retained data is limited to the applicable need.
