LogeFacile Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data LogeFacile collects, why it is used, how it is shared, and how you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

Service covered

LogeFacile is a mobile and web rental management service for landlords, agencies, agents, and tenants. It helps manage properties, leases, documents, rent, invoices, receipts, notifications, user profiles, and support requests.

Data we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, user identifier, role, and account status.
  • Professional profile information: agency, landlord, agent, logo, address, and contact information.
  • Rental management data: properties, units, tenants, leases, dates, rent, deposits, balances, documents, photos, and attachments.
  • Payment data: amounts due, statuses, attempts, receipts, invoices, Wave or mobile money payment numbers, and related history.
  • Support and communications: messages, help requests, notification preferences, and content sent to support.
  • Technical data: device or installation identifiers, notification tokens, diagnostic logs, performance data, and crash data.
  • Usage data: app interactions used to understand stability, performance, and feature usage.

Why we use this data

  • Create and secure user accounts.
  • Provide the core rental management, payment, document, and collaboration features.
  • Generate and retain invoices, receipts, reports, and histories needed to track rent.
  • Send operational notifications, reminders, and service-related messages.
  • Provide customer support and verify sensitive requests, including account deletion requests.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, fix errors, and improve service reliability.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, and dispute-resolution obligations.

Payments

LogeFacile initiates some payments through external providers such as Wave or mobile money. Payment information entered with those providers is processed under their own terms. LogeFacile keeps the information needed to track rent, platform fees, receipts, invoices, payment statuses, and accounting obligations.

Data sharing

We share data only when needed to provide the service, for example with providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, payments, email, or support. We may also share data when required by law, to protect the service, prevent fraud, enforce our rights, or handle a dispute.

Retention

Data is retained while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. After a deletion request, we delete or anonymize account-related data unless some data must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or lease, payment, invoice, and receipt obligations.
